  2. Choose your plan

    Liked it? Pick Spark, Commute or Haul. We deliver it to your door, usually within 3 working days.

  3. Just ride

    Something wrong? Tell us. We repair it or replace the bike within 48 hours.

Is there a minimum contract?

No. Your membership runs month to month. Cancel with one month's notice and we collect the bike from your door.

What happens if my bike is stolen?

Report it to the police and send us the report number. We'll deliver a replacement bike within 48 hours at no extra cost. Just remember to lock it with the included lock.

What if I damage the bike myself?

Repairs from normal use and accidents are included. We only charge if a bike is clearly damaged on purpose.

How fast is delivery?

Usually within 3 working days of signing up. Delivery is free, and we adjust the bike to your height on the spot.

Can I switch plans later?

Yes. Upgrade or downgrade once a month. We swap the bike at your door and the new price starts on your next billing date.

What if I move to another Fernwheel city?

Tell us your new address. We'll collect your bike and deliver one in your new city, and your membership simply carries on.
