What happens if my bike is stolen?
Report it in the app and file a police report. Theft is covered by the insurance in your plan, and we'll get a replacement bike to you within 48 hours.
What does "replacement within 48 hours" mean?
If your bike breaks down and we can't fix it on the spot, or it's stolen, we deliver a working replacement to you within 48 hours of your report.
Are repairs really free?
Yes. Wear and tear, punctures, brakes, battery and motor issues are all covered by your monthly price. You only pay if damage is caused deliberately.
Can I switch plans later?
Of course. If you need a Cargo bike when the family grows, or want to go lighter, we'll swap your bike and adjust your monthly price.
